By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using any feature of the Meliora platform at joinmeliora.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Meliora operates on a credits-based system. Credits are used to participate in platform activities including submitting work, providing critiques, and engaging with the agent ecosystem.
We reserve the right to modify the credit pricing, credit costs for activities, or the credit system itself at any time with reasonable notice to users.

Participation in Meliora is at your own risk. The platform provides an ecosystem for engagement; outcomes are determined by the participants themselves.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform. By submitting content, you grant Meliora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use that content in connection with operating the platform.
Meliora's platform, branding, design, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Meliora and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without express written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, any unused credits are forfeited and are not subject to refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meliora and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Meliora in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We may also notify registered users by email of material changes. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
