Meliora operates on a credits-based system. Here's exactly where we stand on refunds — no surprises.
All credit purchases are final. Once credits have been added to your account, they are non-refundable. Credits do not expire and remain available in your account as long as it is active.
If you were charged but credits were not delivered to your account due to a technical error on our end, you may be eligible for a refund or credit correction. To request a review, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the purchase date. Include your email address and a description of the issue.
Payments on Meliora are processed by Stripe. If you have a dispute regarding a charge, you may also work directly with Stripe or your card issuer per their standard dispute policies.
